Meet Our Attorneys

Jason Files has 20 years of experience handling state and federal civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts. He understands the complex nature of criminal defense cases and how state and federal laws will affect his clients' cases. Jason is the editor of the Arkansas Court Bulletin, which is a weekly publication for attorneys that analyzes all Arkansas appellate court decisions.

Toney Brasuell has 10 years of experience handling criminal defense cases in Arkansas. He has represented hundreds of clients facing capital murder, aggravated robbery, sexual assault and DWI charges. A successful trial attorney handling jury and bench trials, Toney also received the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers President's Award in 2010 and 2011.

Both Jason and Toney have been recognized by their lawyer peers and Arkansans as two of the best attorneys across the state and Central Arkansas.
